"Rise" with Anoushka Shankar
Anoushka Shankar, the daughter of Ravi Shankar, and the half-sister of Grammy winner Norah Jones, has been in the news for her grammy nomination for her 4th album 'Rise'.
She has been her father's disciple since she was nine, working first on a "baby" sitar that was built especially for her. At age 13 she made her performing debut in Delhi.
