Harry Potter series author J.K. Rowling has reportedly sued the New York Daily News for $100 million. The newspaper published a preview of the new novel after obtaining an early copy from a store that had mistakenly put the book out for sale before its release. The suit claims the newspaper damaged Rowling's property rights and harmed the novel's marketing campaign.
